Developers, architects and merchants have helped play an essential part in the design, manufacture and launch of four brand new brick products, designed specifically by Baggeridge for the house building and commercial sectors.

Placing customer feedback high on its agenda, Baggeridge invited its key customers to an intensive two-day consultation event at its Kingsbury factory to discuss product specification, regional planning requirements and trends within the construction sector. As a direct result of feedback, Baggeridge has subsequently launched a new range of sector-specific products.

Designed to suit and complement regional diversities and trends, the new Warm Golden Buff lends itself well for new build properties in the South, while the Thornhill Red Multi, with its orange and black tones, has been manufactured with the Midlands and the North of England in mind.

Recognising that developers have to embrace the concept of building homes on previously used land, Baggeridge has also launched two brick ranges ideal for use on brownfield sites. The Smoked Antique Red Multi with its subtle tones and the Autumn Fern Blend, yellow, red and orange in appearance are both ‘weathered’ in appearance to give a softer, traditional feel.

Mark Morris, sales director for Baggeridge comments: “Listening closely to key customers has helped us recognise that they, and the house building sector as a whole, are crying out for new products that can ideally ‘fit’ specific residential areas across the entire country.

“Having worked alongside house builders for many years, we have been able to develop a whole range of products to ideally suit all new build applications and the Warm Golden Buff, Thornhill Red Multi, Smoked Antique Red Multi and Autumn Fern Blend are no exception.”
