Grovehurst Place is a development by Charles Church of ten luxury homes in the grounds of Stoneleigh Abbey in Warwickshire. Baggeridge Autumn Russet Sovereign Stock and Mellowed Red Sovereign Stock bricks have been used throughout the development for the five- and six- bedroom homes.

Baggeridge was specified for a refurbishment scheme to an existing row of 15 residential terraced houses in Blandford Street. The scheme involved taking down the external envelope of brickwork and recladding in new brick. To add some interest the bricks - Moorland Red Dragfaced, Sienna Red Multi and Staffordshire Blue Dragfaced - were used creatively on the individual storeys.
